This is the Command deck to the Okina. I added a couple extra chairs with work stations. Captain, Pilot, Navigator, Sensors, Engineering. I believe the ships systems are slaved so any workstation on the command deck can do any of the other jobs just takes a better computer skill. I added Anelles Fighter to the shuttle bay and modified the shuttle a little. I also added an area where the fuel and physical weapons would be stored for the shuttles as well as the environ suits and pilot suits. Also engineering/repair equipment would be stored there as well. I'll modify the other floors going down. Guys do me a favor and let me know if you have a particular place you want your room. I am also going to take ;iberties on the room designs and if you have suggestions for the large empty spaces let me know and I will try to intergrate them. Oh and art is the least of my skills these will be rough but you should get the gist. Attachments:

If there is a hydroponics bay that might be nice for a room. Otherwise anywhere that there is little foot (or otherwise) traffic.

I think I will have Theo bunked down in the lowest level crew quarters on bottom section upper right. Let me know if those directions make sense. I will also assume that Annelle will be "bunking" in Theo's quarters as well. If you want I could draw some bottom down ships and other features to enhance our map. I also think it would be cool to have magnified visual of each section of the ship, like there will be a circle of a specific spot, then a line leading away from that circle with another circle that has an image serving as an visual aid in some ways. Any who let me know what you think of that.

I think I will combine the rooms so they are all suites like the Captains and the First officers. Long Veer will be opposed to having a "Better room".
The Hydroponics bay is rather huge on this ship but I am not sure if it would be comfortable to room in. 100% humidity might be rough =-) But I think we can make it happen for you if your heart is set on it.
Yeah Phil anything you want to do will be awesome. Like I said I am not an artist. I just use paint to modify the picture. Like I am sure we are going to have to modify the Lower Cargo hold Ramp to accommodate the Quay Vessel we put in there.
I also hadn't noticed until i did the mod that the Shuttle bay was on the command deck..I kind fo thought it was attached to the Crago bay somehow.... anyways.
Thanks for responding guys.

Hmm, I like the idea of having suites, but it does limit the amount of crew space on the ship, if we get additional crew members or passenger of the like. Unless we have bunk beds and don't mind sharing. Maybe the upper and middle decks could have suites and the lower decks could have the smaller rooms? I think Theo would prefer a smaller room than larger one, the small spaces are comfortable (maybe even cozy) for him. I think I will get to working on some ideas I have for the ship map. I will email the pics along with other ideas I have been working on.

I just now noticed this (don't know why I didn't before...) but section 11 of the Okina is the fuel tanks. The thing is all ships run off of nuclear reactors as a power source in WARS, thus they don't need "fuel tanks" in a sense. Or should we make those fuel tanks into the reactors, or would that be too big? Hmm I will come up with some concept designs and let you guys decide on what looks best.

Yeah, we don't use fuel or at least we don't track fuel in the game, hehe. You could replace the tanks if you wanted to.

Ok, here is my 2nd draft of the Okina Toraburu. First up, the Command deck: Command Deck: Command level- I have added two objects in this section. At the top section we have an Emergency tools/weapons/first Aid storage unit. Typically this would be used in case of an emergency when and if the gets boarded by invaders and or has suffered a severe accident of sorts, command central would not be defenseless in this instance. Also it boasts a few tools to be used to make an emergency repairs as needed. As well having first aid items inside in case of medical emergencies. (note: first aid and emergency tools will also be found around the main operations terminal as well as being scattered through out the halls of the Okina as well) Towards the bottom portion we have a back up master computer terminal. This unit will have all the functions of primary command terminal, including backup storage of all computer systems and housing of interinal computer A.I. This unit would also serve as a "black box" in case the vessel is destroyed. It is heavly shielded and is extremely durable. It is also worth noting that it comes epuiped with two addtional replacement computer cores ( in case of break down of existing core ) It is also an additional communications device and can serve as an emergency command terminal should the need arise. In the middle we have the bread and butter of the command the deck the central command terminal. I think it also worth noting that I have made changes to number of chairs and have given them addtional "functions" This won't come up until next session as Theo will probably have to make those adjustments himself. I have included addtional consoles, and holo display systems that project 3 dimensional images of objects through scanners. Also note that through out the ship there will be small round circles, these look like plants but also serve as intry ports for cleaning bots to roam around and manevuer throughout the ship without getting in the way. Also note that the hall ways will have a mixture of computer access terminals and ventilation access, for repairs and such. Shuttle Area- In the shuttle area I have added shuttle access terminal and towards the sides (the large bars with strips) are landing strips that light up. These are connected to a platform that extends outward from the ships docking bay to allow for easy entry/landing. Towards the corners of the docking bay doors are two large spheres (which are clomun like on the sides, and rounded at the top.) Compartments on the sides open, allowing for the deployment of mechanical arms to assit in debris movement and other functions. The arms themselves have a snake-like look to them, as they are comprised of rounded cyclinders with a multi attachement tool claw on it's end. The arms have an outstanding array of movement and allow for much dexterity in the handling of debris and shuttles or other objects. It also woth noting that the devices themselves can be shifted towards the outside of the ship and move around on various tracks around the ship for maximum mobility and the like. I did not add Annelle's fighter to it yet, as I want to get the main frame work out of the way and worked out before I work on that detail. Let me know what you think and what else could be added.

Upper Level: 1. Machine shop- This where the 3D printing device is located, for the creation of non organic parts and the like, I have added an additional workbench computer, equipped with layout design schematics program for various abstract protocol algorithms and the like. Along with various tools for crafting and the sort. 2. Cargo Hull- I added a computer terminal that controls the cargo platform which can be lowered to the various cargo levels of the ship. I didn't know how to draw it into the ship without looking obtrusive towards the layout, but I would imagine that the ceiling of the Cargo Hull would have a large mechanical arm that would be used for moving heavy cargo and the like. Also towards the back near the boxes on the side there are two cargo bots. These machines look like the arms of robots from a car production facility. With the exception that they are mobile and have two external appendages connected to the main body/bridge of the machine that connects it with the base. They are capable of moving very objects and follow basic commands and instructions. They can also be outfitted with repair arms for maintenance assistance and repairs. 4., 5., 6. Living Quarters- Following captain Bubba's idea I have made the other rooms in this section into suites, but have not added any detail/textures to them as of yet. 7. Cafeteria- As I type this I will have made the horrible realization that I misspelled Cafeteria on the map...(sigh, I could never win, lol) Any who, I have added tables and chairs to fit around 11 people. Towards the other side of the tables there will be a bio disposal unit. These units are designed to compost any organic material and recycle the nutrients to be dispersed among-st the flora in the hydroponics area. Next to the disposal unit there will be a multi-purpose Pantry, complete with all the amenities for a proper dinning experience. 8. Kitchen- This is where the food replicator is located. However the food replicator has a few multi-functional uses. Since it is a Gongen vessel, it would make sense if the replicator would come equipped to prepare food in various traditional ways. So it has an array of trays, utensils, grills, and other cooking amenities to add some tradition to an otherwise modern cook ware. All of these items are compacted within the unit itself and can be pulled out and unfolded to meet ones cooking needs. There is also a wash basin, and food disposal as well. 9. Common Area- I added a table that fits up to 8, equipped with holo display imagery. While not shown there would be various port holes overlooking the out side as well as monitor screens. The hexagon shape near the table is a board game programmed with thousands of games to play including the ever popular strategy space defense. On the north wall there will be a table containing thousands of data chips of various books movies and the like. Finally next to the table on the right there is a container of various games including supplies for art and the like. On the opposite side of the room there will be various communications arrays and private communications terminal for personal calls home and the like.

The Middle Deck: 1. Engineering- Not much to say on this part I didn't really change anything about it just yet, it has all the amenities that come with engineering. 2. Cargo Hull- same as before except with a computer terminal/panel to control main lift between cargo areas. 4. Escape pods- I made some changes to the escape pods, most notably I changed it to where it seats two people instead of 1, and each one has a control station for steering/ navigation of the craft. Along with life support and the like. 5. Living quarters- As before I have changed these into suites, with no detail on the inside just yet ( letting those ideas brew for a while ). 7. Sick bay- First up, the 3D printing Cloning machine, located in the top corner of the sick bay. Complete with a foam platform design to absorbed embryonic fluid from users feet. To the cloning machines left is the 3 beds connected to a medical computer complete with diagnostic tools and health monitors above each bed. Next to the bed on the left corner is the medical supply/tool terminal. Complete with every medical tool needed in a compact hexagon that raises from the top of the platform desk revealing a rotating series of shelves with said medical tools neatly folded away fro quick use, and when the hexagon lowers itself back down it disinfects all tools used in a chemical bath. In the south end of the room is a wash basin and next to it a library of medical data, and chemicals, along with various bio samples and the like. Finally on right side wall, there is the doctors desk, complete with folding computer monitor that can be folded into a medical workstation. 8. Life Support- Added additional machinery and various computer terminals including back up sub-systems and with various levels of oxygen scrubbers and a multitude temperature and environmental control systems. 9. Conference Room- I have added a large holo-imagery-projection unit on the table for mass visuals. Along with sliding computer terminals for ease of access on the table. Computer terminals on right side wall, including documentation library on north wall as well. 11., 12. Prob launch bay and Probs- The biggest change I have made is that instead of having 11 be a fuel tank storage it will now house various probs. Since the Okina was originally ( and to some extent still is) a science vessel, I thought it only appropriate to include these unmanned robotic drones that would have been used to conduct a variety of scientific tasks. In order of left to right, we start with the Jin-Chan prob. It has four maneuvering thruster's and variety of visual sensor modules built into it. It also comes with a large holding space inside for the collection of various samples and the like to be brought back for study. Next there is the Kappa-Chan Prob. This prob is designed for more extreme environments as it has a reinforced plating protecting its many subsystems. It's primary job is to collect readings and small samples from hazardous zones that would prove difficult for the other probes to analyze properly. Finally we have the Heike-Chan prob. This prob has various clawed attachments allowing it to interact with various objects with a greater degree of dexterity than the other models. The Heike-Chan is designed to break away large chunks of comets/asteroids and clear debris or gain access to smaller areas that the other probs would difficulty trying to do. It also worth noting that the probs can be manually operated or given control to basic A.I. The probs are launched from the side of the launch bay. Let me know what you think of there designs and such.

The Lower Deck: 1. Engineering- Again not much added here except some texture and additional terminals and the like. 2. Cargo Hull- More or the same as with the others, as well as having computer access terminals. 6. Living Quarters- Unlike with the previous rooms, I did not turn these into suites. I figured these rooms could be kept as they are since they allow for additional people to take up room thus allowing for more company and the like. 7. Hydroponics- I added a workbench in hydroponics complete with all the amenities that comes with tending a garden and the like including seed storage and various breeding of plants and the like. Also I thought it would be cool to have some garden bots there as well, similar to the cleaning bots, there purpose is to maintain, clean, and tend to the gardens/food. They collect all the disposal food that has been broken down and use it as fertilizer for the plants to grow. I am not sure where Estaban will be sleeping at so I will modify after I find out where. 9., 10. prob launch bay and probs- As with the middle deck this deck also has the prob launch bay. However These probs are of a different generic model type. Where previous probs had specialties, these probs are more generic and well rounded for basic functions. The Koi-chan is a sensor prob that can take small samples and the like, however they do excel at one task and that is sensory output and extension, broadening the ships visual and sensory read-out tremendously. The Koi-chan probs are designed to relay info from one another creating a grid of information in areas where the Okina would have difficulty mapping out, with standard sensors. With there broad array of sensory equipment, the Koi-Chan is an excellent pack scout prob, or singular scout prob.

I like the changes. Well done. I think you need to put in both Anelles Vessel and Quay vessel in the storage compartment.
THink it would be to much to make the lowest level have a rear drop down door to add equipment and ships... while keeping the lift that is already there?
Could we section off a small section of one of the storage areas for an exercise/dojo/meditation chamber?
I'll take the Captains quarters as long as the extra room can be my office/ personal lab research area?
Bryce's room can be a faraday cage.
Just got to get the others to pick rooms. I know Tim wanted the room nearest the hydroponics bay.
Anyways great job Phil looking forward to the changes.

I think you need to put in both Anelles Vessel and Quay vessel in the storage compartment. Keep in mind that the Quay ship is very, very large. It's attached via an umbilical rather than stored in the Okina itself, so far as I can recall. Bryce's room can be a faraday cage. Bryce's faraday cage doesn't actually take up a full room. It's a coffin-like enclosure, sort of like the glass coffin in snow white, except made of some barely translucent metal. As for the positioning of rooms, I think we established that Sally's room is on the Middle Deck. We also established that Bryce's quarters are across the hall from Colt's. Given that the Sick Bay is on Middle Deck as well, I would say there's a fair chance that that's the level on which all three reside. We've also established that Esteban's room is somewhere near Hydroponics, thus on the Lower Deck. As for specifics, I find it likely that Bryce's quarters are the Upper Right room on Middle Deck, at least if Colt's are the Upper Left (closest room to medbay). Anyhow, awesome work on the map. The probes are an interesting touch.

Annelles fighter can fit into the cargo space, but not the Quay vessel. As Alamcov has pointed out, it is too large to fit inside the ship. I think I can make the lowest level have a larger size to it allowing for the door to lower out into space and create a platform for smaller vessels to dock. I'll have to work out the dementions to see how it would work, but I think it's doable. I think we could section off a spot of the ship for that, though part of me thinks we should work that out in game, I can imagine some funny dialogue about it. Otherwise I see no issue with it, unless we get tons of supplies and need all the space. I see nothing wrong with that, unless the other characters in game have anything to say about it. Thanks for the feedback guys, and thanks for compliments I shall work on the changes some more, and I'll make a seperate map for the Quay vessel as well. That will be a good project for friday and the weekend I think.

Here is the Quay Vessel, I am still working on Annelle's Fighter, but that should be coming along within the week. I didn't do any interior work until I get some input about the outer design from you guys. What do you all think of it? I tried a blend of what Tim described and the card art from the WARs TCG.
