Starting Kizen Powers (1/25/14).
Electrical Sense Type: Energy (active) Kizen Tree: Disruption Range: Touch Saving Throw: None Point Cost: 2 Action: Standard
This power enables the kizen to detect if there is any charge or current flowing through an object, provided the flow is within six inches of the area touched. This can be used to determine a sensor is truly deactivated, or to find out if a battery is dead. A Wits + Composure roll can be made to use this power to determine if someone is alive by detecting their bioelectric aura. Once activated, this power lasts for a number of minutes equal to your Wits + Kizen.
The kizen usually ‘sees’ the electricity as pulsing blue or yellow lines, but some ‘feel’ it as vibrations, others ‘hear’ it as flowing water and some ‘feel’ it as sharply defined ridges or areas of warmth or cold. A kizen using this power will usually emit a faint hum or a slight glow. Similar effects accompany flow and charge abilities.
Telekinesis Type: Spiritual (active) Kizen Tree: Telekinesis Range: Close Saving Throw: None Point Cost: 2 Action: Standard
When this power is activated, the kizen gains the ability to manipulate objects with his mind. The kizen has an effective Strength of 1 Dot when manipulating the object. Several limits apply to this and all other telekinetic powers, unless otherwise noted:
The power affects the object uniformly – it cannot be used to push buttons, crush or bend the object.
There is no ‘bond’ between the object and the kizen – the kizen cannot be tugged or pulled by someone grabbing the object.
The object moves at a maximum speed of two yards per round, plus an additional two yards for each Intelligence Dot + Kizen dot of the kizen.
This power lasts for a number of rounds equal to your character's Int + Kizen Dots.

1) Your Kizen Point Pool starts at 20 points and you will get +3 additional points per session. In other words your pool of Kizen Points will continue to grow throughout the campaign.
1st Session: 20 2nd: 23 3rd: 26 4th: 29 5th: 32 6th: 35 7th: 38 8th: 41 9th: 44 10th: 47 etc.
2) Kizen Point Regeneration: You will naturally regenerate 25% of your maximum Kizen Point Pool per day. So if you had 100 points in your pool you would regenerate 25 per day. See Meditation below.
3) Meditation (Composure + Wits + Kizen + Equipment) is an extended action that is 30 minutes per roll. Each success (8, 9, 10) is a point of Kizen that is regenerated on top of the normal 25% regeneration rate. If your character uses the Meditation Chamber (the airlock) they get a +5 equipment bonus.
4) Kizen Powers are automatically brought forth into being, but if targeted against an intelligent target they get a Saving Throw which is either rolling Willpower, or rolling 2 of the 3 Resistance Stats.
5) The Maximum number of Kizen powers that can be manifested at the same time (including Innate ones) is equal to Int + the Kizen skill. Innate Kizen powers count against your Kizen point pool (those points are always used up for that innate power that is always on/up).

These powers will manifest sometime in the 2nd session.
Your Kizen Point Pool is now at 23. You naturally regenerate 6 points per day if you don't get any more through meditation.
Painful Touch Type: Energy (active) Kizen Tree: Disruption Range: Touch Saving Throw: Resolve + Stamina Point Cost: 2 Action: Free
You somewhat disrupt the bioelectric and quantum auras of a living being causing extreme pain and cellular disruption. Make a touch atack (ignore armor to Defense). If the attack fails you need to spend 2 more points to try to use this power again. You deal 1 Aggravated damage.
Tug Type: Spiritual (active) Kizen Tree: Telekinesis Range: Close Saving Throw: Dexterity + Athletics Point Cost: 2 Action: Standard
You exert a telekinetic force on one target, yanking at his limbs and pulling him off balance. The target gets -1 Dice penalty and has -1 to his Defense. This power lasts a number of rounds equal to your Wits + Kizen Dots. You can sustain this power for 2 more points for the same duration as a free action. Switching targets requires another standard action. The target gets a Saving Throw each round to attempt to resist this.

These powers will manifest during the 10th session (9th session powers included). You have 60 Kizen Points and you regain all of your spent points back per day. I gave you guys a bump in points and I think gaining all of your spent points back is easier to keep track of. Just make sure you guys keep track of how much you have spent on innate powers so you know how many you have left to spend on active ones.
Agonizing Touch Type: Energy (active) Kizen Tree: Disruption Range: Touch Saving Throw: Resolve + Stamina Point Cost: 4 Action: Standard
You somewhat disrupt the bioelectric and quantum auras of a living being causing extreme pain and cellular disruption. Make a touch attack (ignore armor to Defense). If the attack fails you need to spend 4 more points to try to use this power again. You deal 4 Aggravated damage.
Hurl Type: Spiritual (active) Kizen Tree: Telekinesis Range: Close Saving Throw: None Point Cost: 4 Action: Standard
Any object that you can lift with your telekinetic powers can be hurled as a weapon. Make a ranged attack roll by rolling Int + Dex + Kizen.
Increase Cost I Type: Energy (active) Kizen Tree: Disruption Range: Close Saving Throw: Willpower Point Cost: 4 Action: Standard
Pick a target, if they fail their saving throw all of their innate and active kizen powers cost them 4 more kizen points. It lasts a number of rounds equal to Wis + Kizen.
Hold Type: Spiritual (active) Kizen Tree: Telekinesis Range: Close Saving Throw: Str + Athletics Point Cost: 4 Action: Standard
You create a telekinetic power that surrounds a target. If they fail the saving throw they are trapped for the duration of the power. It lasts a number of minutes equal to your Wis + kizen dots. You can sustain this power for 4 more points as a free action but the target gets another saving throw ever time it is sustained again.

You have 63 Kizen Points and you regain all of your spent points back per day. These powers will manifest during the 11th session.
Disrupt Kizen Power Type: Energy (Active) Kizen Tree: Disruption Point Cost: 4 Range: Close Saving Throw: Willpower Action: Free
You scramble an active Kizen Power or one that is trying to be used RIGHT NOW (you interrupt it from starting - like a counterspell). If they fail their Saving Throw the power doesn't manifest though they lose the Kizen Points that they put into the power.
Repulsive Screen Type: Spiritual (Active) Kizen Tree: Telepathy Point Cost: 4, or 14 Range: Touch or Personal Saving Throw: None Action: Standard
You (or the target you touch) gets +2 to your (their) Defense against projectiles, plasma guns, and/or melee weapons. This power lasts a number of rounds equal to Wis + Kizen in dots. If you spend 10 more Kizen Points you get a total of +4 to your Defense.

You have 66 Kizen Points and you regain all of your spent points back per day. These powers will manifest during the 12th session.
Paralyze Bot Type: Energy (Active) Kizen Tree: Disruption Point Cost: 5 Range: Close Saving Throw: Willpower Action: Standard
If the targeted Bot fails its Saving Throw it is completely paralyzed for a number of minutes equal to your Wits + Kizen dots.
Longfall Type: Spiritual (Active) Kizen Tree: Telekinesis Point Cost: 4 Range: Touch Saving Throw: None Action: Free
Anyone you touch (or if it is used on yourself) treats a fall as if it was 1/10th the actual distance down. So if you fell 100 feet down it would be like you just fell down 10 feet. This power essentially slows the rate of falling.
